Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Wholesale Crystals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural stone purchases; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all crystals and home decor items are returned in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully wrap the crystals in their original protective bubble wrap and padding to prevent breakage during transit, as fragile items must arrive undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our gemologists inspect the returned stock, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
